Ixi’im: “Corn” in Maya. A refined atmosphere, with a sophisticated menu that is an innovative mix of Mexican and local influences. The restaurant also has one of the largest collections of tequila bottles in the world. Our mixologist offers innovative cocktails and a customized wine list.
Ki’ol: “Healthy”. Breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. Ki’ol surprises diners with a wide variety of dishes ranging from local and traditional to international and exuberant.
Wellness Restaurant: In keeping with the holistic approach of our wellness and spa program, this restaurant at the Spa focuses on nutrition and healthy foods. Fruits and fresh uncooked vegetables, rich in living enzymes, are fundamental in our extensive menu of cold juices and plant extracts. In addition to a wide range of teas, bowls with super foods, and vegan and gluten-free options.
Activities & Resort Facilities
Chablé Golf consists of 9 tee boxes, 4 unique strategically placed greens with two or three pin locations each, and some key hazards to make it beautiful and challenging: waste bunker, green side bunkers, sand bunkers and a characteristic lake. The field offers several shooting angles, different shooting values and approaches for the more advanced players who use short and long irons up to 200 yards away. Our Daily Activities Program from Fitness and Balance to Spiritual Ceremonies is available for all our guests.
Our Multi-Purpose Room is a magical place, surrounded by greenery, a water garden with sculptures, an inspiring landscape and unparalleled service. A Medicine Woman resides in Chablé, a Mayan Grandmother heir of ancestral wisdom, dedicated to maintaining the sacred space, the energetic balance and to accompany our guests in their journeys of self-discovery and healing. The energy axis of Chablé Spa is the cenote, which makes this Spa unique in the world. This source of sacred water is the focal point of each of the cabins, which seem suspended in the jungle and the yoga terrace is on its banks.

Chablé weddings are available within the premises of the resort with the possibility to have the privacy of the 40-accommodation resort to host and accommodate your guests, plus the beautiful garden to enjoy an unforgettable party.
