Emme Restaurant – Atlantic cuisine inspired by sea and land

With a culinary concept by consulting chef Alexandre Silva, Emme brings together the flavours of the Atlantic and the surrounding countryside. Local fish, seasonal vegetables and regional recipes shape a contemporary menu rooted in Portuguese produce. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with views across the valley towards the ocean.

Emme on Fire – Seasonal outdoor dining around the fire

At Emme on Fire, charcoal grilling and wood-fired cooking take centre stage. Fish, meat and seasonal ingredients come together in an informal outdoor setting, surrounded by nature.
