The Bora Bora Turtle Center is located in the resort’s private lagoon and remains unique in its conception and location. This project originated when an injured turtle was brought by a guest to the hotel as it needed care. From there a fabulous project was born: the creation of a center which would protect and care for the marines turtles. During 10 years, Le Meridien Bora Bora has constantly invested in an original and unique program focusing on turtle development and most globally on teaching protection of the fauna to the next generations.
